NYC’s Waterline Square Recruits Design Dream Team

Waterline Square, a luxury residential complex under construction on New York’s Upper West Side, will occupy what was one of the last undeveloped parcels of land in Manhattan facing the Hudson River. To commemorate this occasion, the property’s developer, GID Development Group, commissioned an ensemble cast of architecture and interior design luminaries to pool their talents for the five-acre complex. Richard Meier, Kohn Pedersen Fox, and Rafael Viñoly each designed a glassy tower. Equally star-studded is the roster for interiors: Alexandra Champalimaud, Yabu Pushelberg, and Groves & Co. View the slideshow to see renderings and design details of the development, which is slated for completion in late 2018.
