Ware Malcomb Names Mary Grbic Cheval Director of Interior Architecture and Design
Ware Malcomb, an international design firm, has named Mary Grbic Cheval director of interior architecture and design. In her new role Cheval will be responsible for overseeing the growth and management of its Interior Architecture & Design Studio as well as all interiors projects coming out of its Irvine, California, headquarters. Currently Cheval is working on projects for Charles Schwab and Microsoft.
Of her new role, Cheval says: “Ware Malcomb has a great reputation in the market. I am excited to help expand on their already established success, in extending our services to new clients with an emphasis on creative, client-centric design.”
Cheval has more than 30 years of experience in the industry, and before joining Ware Malcomb she served as a director at Gensler. Prior to that she was a director of interior design at Studio SA and a senior vice president at Bozarth CM, a construction management firm. She has worked on projects in multiple sectors, including commercial office, healthcare, and science and technology.
